WE ARE HIRING

We require the following personnel:

Maintenance handyman: 5 years of experience in maintaining apartments. Having experience with Plumbing, electricity, and a/c is important—woodwork, landscaping, making it ready, etc.

We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team.

Payment will be $12 up to start according to experience—knowledge in landscaping, painting, woodwork, cleaning, etc.

General Labor: We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team. No experience is needed.

Payment is $8.50 per hour to start 40-hour weeks

Maid: Someone who has experience cleaning apartments and houses. The work needs to be detailed.

We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team.

Payment will be per day.
