laborer on a fence job

I have a project installing a split rail cedar fence, and need an assistant.

the work would entail cleaning holes after my auger digs them, mixing some concrete, raking out loose dirt, loading and unloading material from a forklift all these tasks to allow for the construction of a fence

We would like to offer a weeks employment at apprx 43$/hr starting the week of Mar 25.

The position could turn into a full time position if it works out
