Bartender at Mateo Restaurant

Mateo Provencal is looking for an experienced and customer service oriented individual to join our team. Mateo Provencal has maintained a presence on Pearl Street for over 23 years, serving the finest French cuisine in Boulder.

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years of fine dining experience

- At least 1 year bartending experience

- Experience with French & Italian wines

- Knowledge of classic cocktails

- Eagerness to learn & grow with the company

Job Description:

- Engage with customers professionally

- Share the history of our wines & food with customers

- Build relationships with regulars

- Anticipate guest needs

- Study our menu to provide appropriate and educated food and wine recommendations to our customers

- Take orders & enter them through our POS system - Toast

- Process payments via POS system - Toast

- Arrive to work on time & well-groomed
