Currently, we are seeking an experienced collision estimator for our Downtown - 18th Street facility, located at 430 18th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

Essential Job Duties:

Effectively estimate vehicle damages for estimate appointments, both walk-in and scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of collision estimating, including production, parts, and utilization of Update Promise.

Check-in vehicle with the customer at the time of drop-off.

Knowledgeable of CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex. Prioritize and perform several functions simultaneously and consistently while using different databases such as Nexsyis, CCC1, Mitchell, Parts Trader, and OPSTrax.

Ensure files are maintained in compliance with insurance DRP SOPs, California BAR regulations, and Kniesel’s Collision SOPs, including obtaining appropriate authorizations.

Committed to the highest level of customer service, including:

Effective, consistent, and clear communication on repair plan and vehicle status updates.

Work to address all customer concerns and ensure complete customer satisfaction when repairs are finalized.

Prepare and complete proper paperwork for the final customer packet before vehicle delivery.

Complete a final QC of the vehicle and document in CCC1 and on our quality control cling.

Deliver vehicle to customer upon completion of repairs.

Skill/Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with Word and Outlook is required.

Ability to lift and move boxes, and furniture up to 20 pounds.

Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,000/yearly DOE
