Kitchen Manager

Fallon restaurant looking for an experienced kitchen manager. Must show background of reliability. Responsibilities include kitchen scheduling, kitchen staff hiring and training, ordering and sanitation along with food quality and line cooking and food prep Candidate will be expected to insure the kitchen is staffed up at all times and will be expected to fill in when the restaurant is short staffed. Other responsibilities include food, paper and chemical costs and payroll costs.

This is a salary position with pay reflecting your experience. Expect quarterly bonuses. Possible health insurance sharing in the near future.
