We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Smoke Shop Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry, have excellent customer service skills, and a background in retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.

2. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of store, stocking shelves, and managing inventory.

4. Check identification for age verification for all customers.

5. Operate the point of sale system to complete transactions.

6. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in relation to tobacco and smoking paraphernalia.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.

2. Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a smoke shop or similar.

3. Knowledge of various smoking and vaping products and accessories.

4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

6. High school diploma or equivalent.
