Program Manager - Clinical Data Intelligence (Cambridge, MA)Reporting to the BR eakthrough I nnovation TE am (BRITE) Program Leader, you will support and drive overall program delivery for the BRITE Clinical Data Intelligence (CDI) program, including cross-functional tracking and reporting on a variety of topics.Your role:

Maintaining up to date project plan, across functions, with view to scope, timing, budget, resourcing, and dependencies.

Track project progress against BRITE milestones, measure key performance indicators (KPIs).

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project remains on track.

Support reporting management cadence, including creation of presentation materials (PowerPoint).

Facilitate and support delivery of plan across key cross-functional elements: budget tracking, cross-functional follow-up to drive delivery of cross-functional output.

Organization of key program documentation & maintenance of team communication channels (Teams).

Oversee communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams & external partners.

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that drives creative problem-solving.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in a professional setting with at least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the healthcare software industry.

Your background includes a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, innovative projects on time and within budget with a strong understanding of project management best practices.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have strong skills in generating management-level PowerPoint presentations.

You are skilled in using Microsoft Excel for program and financial tracking activities.

You bring a passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to make a positive impact. A working knowledge of relevant healthcare software regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) is a plus.
