The job of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is to provide educationally related occupational therapy services to students age 3 to 21 years with a variety of intellectual, emotional and/or physical disabilities which impair their ability to fully benefit from their Individualized Education Plan under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.[Qualifications:
[1. Initial certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
[2. Licensed by the North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
3. Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved and accredited program.Salary: starting wage $22 an hour(wage based on experience), 7.5 hours a day, 185 days a year.
