Experienced Bakers Wanted

Experienced Bakers wanted for immediate employment in Lake City, FL.

Work Schedule: Part-time (24hrs/week) with room for full-time employment.

The Baker must have practical experience in the high-volume production of baked goods such as breads, cakes and pies. A sound knowledge of the safe operation of bakery production machinery and equipment, materials handling and storage is required. Must be capable of maintaining production schedules with minimal supervision. Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Work conditions and physical capabilities include but are not limited to continuous standing/walking for all tasks, frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, frequent turning, reaching, pushing, pulling and some forward bending, ability to lift at least 4 kg to a height of 1.7 meters and constant use of both hands.

Personal Suitability: A good team player, client focused and pays attention to details.

Food Handler Certification is required.
