HOME MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

looking for an hourly person

we work on rental properties. some houses some apartments.

we do

unit turns ,

drywall repairs

plank flooring

replace toilets and faucets

paint

repair/replace windows

replace outlets, light, switches .

anything and can go wrong in a home.

we work Monday-Friday, you get your jobs the night before and then you go and do them .

most of the houses we do are in and around Detroit.

pay is based on experience.

can start at 25 an hour , after 30 days we can talk about more

so there is room to grow. some of my guys have been with me for years, we are getting busier and need more people.

you will be paid every week

you will be a subcontractor , (just like me)

you will get a 1099 at the end of the year.

you will need for the job

experience

tools

a car,truck,van

and a license.
