A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Major Responsibilities:

Need to coordinate with Onsite & Offshore Dev Team on development activities and daily tasks.

Facilitate onshore-offshore task handshakes for project activities daily.

Liaise with Business stakeholder and other tech partners, project team for all project related activities.

Collaborate with onsite team to define development scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Facilitate meetings with onshore to elicit or understand requirements and gather feedback for development tasks.

Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document business requirement accurately.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications / mapping lineage documents for development teams.

Own DRD, DSR, mapping lineages, DDD, FDD and other project related documents

Need to conduct parallel testing of code developed by the team to refine the quality of deliverables.

Create unit test cases for development based on business requirements.

Prepare test data for development team testing.

Need to provide recommendations for modification or creation of rules/modules based on data results.

Need to analyze and assess data in various data environments.

Conduct Data analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

Create and maintain all standard project documentation, data flow / system flow diagrams.

Maintain documentation repositories in an orderly fashion.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during development.

Monitor development progress, track deliverables, and report to the onsite team.

Qualifications

UG in Computer Science/Computer Technology focused graduation

6-8 years of BA experience.

Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret financial [preferably banking domain] data.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Experience in conducting gap analysis and recommending process improvements.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Excellent communication skills for conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from databases.

Experience in data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data/systems.

Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to conduct thorough testing of applications.

Ability to work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Experience in collaborating with development teams to communicate, understand their workflows, and ensuring that business requirements integrate seamlessly into the chosen SDLC methodology.

Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges in the domain.

Ability to articulate data lineage and traceability, illustrating how data flows through various systems and processes.

Expertise in data mapping documents/techniques.

Ability to conduct source-to-target analysis and document data flow processes within the infrastructure.

Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Hands on experience on Visio.

Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

SWFT MT and MX payment message formats and functionality

Good to have:

Basic Knowledge of Banking/Financial Crime Compliance domain.

Basic knowledge of ETL processes and workflows

Knowledge of database structures and data modeling / data warehouse to facilitate effective data analysis.

Competence in data analysis tools and techniques.

Knowledge of SWIFT, CHIPS, FED and ACH payments will be preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $90K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
