Sign Shop Technician

Sign production skills are not required but is a plus. The right candidate should have a basic understanding of hand and power tools, hardware, materials, and machinery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, arranging, cleaning, and labelling material on shelves. Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly. Monitoring the inventory of supplies (re-stocking as needed), and performing basic repairs as needed. Be willing to accept new challenges and advance to learning other responsibilities including manufacturing, running large format printing/cutting equipment and vinyl applications. Must be motivated, energetic, and able to problem solve on site.

Skill & Attitude REQUIREMENTS: You should have high integrity and able to get along with others on the team. You should come to work on time with a good attitude every day willing to work hard till closing time. Be open to learning more and working daily to get better in your role. You should be willing and able to work on your feet throughout the day, able to lift materials weighing 35+ lbs., willing and able to work from a ladder, comfortable with hand-tools and basic shop equipment, organized and detailed-oriented, mechanically inclined, able to get things done both independently and within a team.

Must have a valid driver's license
