Security Officers Now Hiring Phoenix Metro

No experience necessary- if you have retail, customer service, or a hospitality background you are a great fit for this position. For those who don't, but have the drive and willingness to learn, we will provide the training, and skills needed for a career in the security industry.

Your Daily Duties:

No two days are alike. Security officers work in a variety of locations, from retail, residences, hotels, and more to preserve order while enforcing regulations and policies of a client's site pertaining to staff, visitors and surroundings. You'll be actively monitoring premises, providing a visual presence, and patrolling various sites. You will write incident reports as they occur and write maintenance reports as safety hazards are discovered. You will remain cool and calm under pressure, and have the ability to de-escalate situations as well as escalate when necessary.

Location: Phoenix Metro including Apache Junction

Preferred but not required:

Possession of an unarmed guard card is a plus (We will train and get you licensed- classes are held Mon & Tues)

Armed (fire permit) guard card is preferred

Security experience a plus

Veteran a plus

Requirements:

Must be available weekends and weekdays, days and nights

Must have reliable transportation

Must be at least 21 years of age+

Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 100 lbs.

Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

May need to walk or run for long periods
