WildFlora - Junior Construction Project Manager

WildFlora is design/construction business that operates out of our Studio City office. We service residential homes throughout the greater Los Angeles areas.

We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to perform the following job responsibilities:

Daily site visits to check on in progress work, reporting back to home office with photos and updates

Ensuring project sites are clean and materials are organized and stored properly

Some crew management - delegating tasks, corrections of work, and ensuring WildFlora designs are being followed

Order materials for pick up or delivery to job sites

Pick up and deliver various materials from different vendors to projects

Onsite work: planting of various plants & trees, painting, small repair work to lighting and irrigation systems, etc.

Some client communication when visiting projects

Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment

Various tasks designated by Owner, Lead Project Manager, and Office Personnel

Job Requirements:

- Able to lift 50+ lbs

- Must have valid drivers license, with a clean driving record

- Knowledge of installing low voltage lighting

- Knowledge of installing irrigation systems

- Knowledge of plants and trees types

- General Handyman knowledge

- Some Spanish is required

Job Details:

- Monday to Friday: 7:30AM - 4PM

- Starting Salary: $65 - 70k

- Paid Federal Holidays in accordance with Company Policy

- Health Insurance Reimbursements

- 90day probation period

- Company car provided for working hours
