Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Construction &General Laborers Wanted

We are dedicated to completing emergency and structural restoration while focusing on detail and customer satisfaction.

We are currently looking to add Property Restoration Laborers to our team! Property Restoration Laborers work, Painters, Plumbers, Electrician alongside Project Managers on water/fire-related emergencies in residential properties to restore property damages. Full-time positions available. Work hours are typically 8am-5pm Monday to Friday but due to the nature of the business, applicants should be open to working some overtime hours if necessary. These positions offer room to grow within the company and we offer tuition reimbursement for continued education in any chosen field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Loading and unloading equipment

-Demolition

-Conduct emergency repairs

-Extracting water

-Site protection

- Experience and good handy man skills.

Requirements

-Driver's License

-Physically fit

-Hardworking

-Reliable & punctual

-Team-player

-Knowledge of construction hand and power tools is desirable

General Skills

- vacant suite maintenance and small repairs

- tenant occupied, in-suite repairs and maintenance

- general repairs to common areas including painting

- basic plumbing/leaks/toilet, sink repair and replacement

- basic electrical, outlets etc.

- interior/exterior door repairs / lock maintenance

-other repairs might be required from time to time
