Service Writer / Service Advisor - RV

We are a premier RV Repair Service and Collision repair facility located in El Cajon. We have an opening and we are seeking team members to grow with us. If you have previous automotive, service writer/advisor, or RV technician or mechanic experience, we look forward to talking to you.

Service Writer/ Service Advisor Position summary :

RV Service writers work directly with customers, processing requests for services, and facilitating the completion of service with the service department technicians. This includes keeping customers apprised of progress, ordering parts, and completing administrative duties.

Job seekers who have some or all of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

- RV Repair service writing experience.

- Knowledge of engine/generator repair

- Knowledge of basic RV appliance repair

- Knowledge of basic RV plumbing and HVAC

- Knowledge of basic RV Electrical, 12V DC and 120V AC

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE WRITER/ SERVICE ADVISOR

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

- License or Certifications: Valid drivers license and good driving record

- Years of Experience: A minimum of one-year service writing experience preferred.

- Positive attitude

- Excellent communication
