General Warehouse Laborer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a General Shop Laborer. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting our manufacturing operations by performing various tasks within our warehouse. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic mechanical skills to gain valuable experience in the marine industry.

Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm / No weekends and never past 4:00.

Responsibilities:

Assist with assembly and disassembly of marine outboard engines according to established procedures.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery as needed.

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Basic Mechanical Skills

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Manual dexterity and coordination to manipulate tools and equipment.

Comfort working in a variety of environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
