Hvac skillet tech/manager

I need someone that can do it all. installs, diag, sales and manage. Must have experience and rockstar tech knowledge. I’m very open to ideas. Im looking to find the right person and grow the business with them. ultimately would have a few techs, installers and you would be the manager. i can make the phone ring, manage leads and marketing. so if you’re interested and have the skills let’s make a deal and get rolling for ac season!
