Job Description: We seek a skilled and experienced Automotive Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Complete assembly/disassembly of vehicles (drivetrain, brake system, HVAC system, body panels, interior, electrical systems…)
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Other tasks assigned by Supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an automotive technology program or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as an automotive technician
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communicator
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
ASE certification Completion of an automotive technology program or equivalent work experience
Automotive electrical experience
Automotive Electrical Control Unit (ECU) experience (programming, etc.)
Electric Vehicle (EV) automotive experience
High/Low Voltage Electrical experience
Classic Land Rover Defender experience
Hydraulics experience
Military Vehicle experience
Automotive HVAC experience
Trailering experience
Computer experience

Compensation: Raglan is looking for a full-time position, paying $20-$30 / hour. The hourly rate will be based on relevant experience.
Other Compensation Possibilities: Individuals would have opportunities to support customer vehicle repair fly-away teams, vehicle transport operations, car-show support, and more. Expected travel is less than 10%.
