Mechanic -4 Cycle Small Engine Mechanic

Looking for an experienced Mechanic for 4 Cycle Power Equipment

with at least five years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines on Zero Turn Mowers and Lawn Tractors.

Mechanic will promote customer relations and satisfaction by completing jobs on schedule and connecting with customers, in a timely manner, to give them quotes requiring approval or updates on the status of their equipment.

Must have OWN Tools

Certifications a Plus+ in major manufacture brands like Kawasaki, Honda, Kohler and Briggs & Stratton

Must be able to Coordinate and communicate special parts need to the parts associate.

General Computer knowledge is required for data entry into system Invoice including the description of services provided for Customer and Service Associate.

Min of 8 hours a day/ 40 a week and sometime Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

> Five or more years of experience

Strong knowledge of outdoor power equipment industry

Familiarity with online parts lookup and order management systems

Strong communication skills to collaborate with technicians and service advisors

Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

Must be professional and able to work independently and within a team setting.
