We are contracted service providers for FedEx ground will train no exp required we run out of P1000S no sprinters no cut aways

XTC U.S. Xpress Inc. is looking for experienced Cargo Van or Truck to join our team in the Madison, WI area!

Our drivers are responsible for loading and transporting product to and from retail stores, wholesale distributors, online merchants, and customers in a safe and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Load/unload truck

Check the load for damage and missing items

Count and verify accuracy of loads delivered (by vendor, self or customer)

Present a positive attitude, professional appearance, and helpful attitude to each customer

Use handheld scanner to verify inventory levels of loads delivered (by vendor, self or customer)

Ability to move up to 150lbs with the help of a dolly

Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking restrictions, etc.)as well as with company policies and procedures

Maintain a safe truck by cleaning inside and out

Interact with customers to provide a great customer experience

Perform other duties as assigned

HELP OTHER drivers when needed every day is different

Experience:

Prior experience driving 16-26' straight truck

Prior experience driving a Cargo or Sprinter Van

Prior experience operating a handheld scanner or other type of electronic inventory control system (IBC) is a must.

Experience driving 16-26' straight truck with automatic transmission is a plus.

Prior experience driving 20-35' box truck is a plus.

High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; must be able to meet company requirements.

Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical

Must pass a road test

Must be able to read and write English in order to successfully complete the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $200 per day!

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
