Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and target potential clients in the commercial sectors.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our cleaning services.

Set up appointments for the company to conduct a in person walk through to generate estimates.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position, offering competitive commission rates based on final signed agreement. The earning potential is uncapped, providing the opportunity to earn significant income based on your sales achievements.
