Mendocino Transit Authority is looking for a dynamic, well-rounded human resources professional to fill one vacancy in the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Director plans, organizes, administers, coordinates and directs the Human Resources Department functions, including: recruitment; classification and compensation; employee insurance and benefit programs; drug and alcohol program, leave of absence programs and conducts research and analysis.
