High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent telephone skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to pass internal technical exams
Capability to work a 40-hour week
Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed
