AREA MANAGER - JANITORIAL SERVICES
Established Janitorial Services Company seeks an experienced, committed, energetic, hard working and motivated Area Manager to join our fast paced, dynamic and growing management team.
Our serves local and national clients throughout Florida offering quality and detailed Commercial Janitorial Services. We seek an Area Manager for our FLORIDA operations who can manage a portfolio of clients and employees including recruiting, screening, hiring, assignment and training of new employees, managing and supervising current employees, visiting client locations to assess services and conduct client contact visits, ensure services are being done right, that supplies and materials are available at the various locations, to report any irregularities and maintain a high level of customer service.
Ideal Candidates Will Be:
26 years of age or older and legally able to work in the US, organized, detailed and quality driven.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record.
Able to pass drug screen, be well groomed and presentable.
Be able to use computer for e-mail and scheduling needs. We use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Be able to operate a smartphone with e-mail, text, google, etc.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and supervising assigned Janitorial Services Accounts.
Respond to client locations to assess and resolve any issues.
Respond to client locations to ensure services are being delivered, inspect and train employees.
Ensure client locations and employees have needed supplies and consistent service delivery.
Responding to emergencies when needed.
Ability to be On-Call in case of emergencies.
Schedule is Mon-Fri. One Saturday a month. Must have flexibility for some weekend/afterhours supervision and work needs.
Our operations span Florida; occasional travel to Tampa, Orlando. Jacksonville and Tallahassee may be needed.
