Job Title: Janitor / Cleaner / Maintenance

Hello, we are looking for full time Janitorial/Cleaning person to clean exterior and hallways of rental unit buildings on the West side of Chicago along with units turned for new tenants

Duties would include but not limited to; following a list of properties and cleaning front and back yards, sweeping, and mopping hallways, cleaning apartments after people move out and after construction is completed for move-ins.

Property management team will provide cleaning supplies.

Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance - Full Coverage

Clean Criminal Record

Social Security#

Experience in janitorial field

Good communication skills

Must be able to communicate in English and provide photos of completed work in a timely manner

Starting pay would be $18-20 hr. No Benefits Provided

Job is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.
