Construction Labor

Regionally based foundation repair and waterproofing contractor looking for construction laborers.

No experience required, must have a good work ethic and positive attitude.

We are seeking skilled, reliable general laborers to join our growing company We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and help the company grow in the right direction. We are an employee owned company so after so many years vested you can have a share in the company. From a laborer you can move your way into foreman, sales or production manager. Duties and responsibilities:

Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials and set up equipment.

Follow project instructions from manager or crew leader. Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.

Ensure regulated and proper headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses and clothing worn.

Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Safely operate a variety of tools including Jack hammers, drills, saws, grinder, and blow torches.

Prepare site by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space.

Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.

Requirements;

Must be 18 years of age-ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 75 pounds. Must have a valid drivers license.
