Vehicle Storage Lot Attendant - Austin,TX

Intake and Release of Repossessed Vehicles:

Receive and process repossessed vehicles as they arrive at the lot.

Coordinate the release of vehicles to customers or appropriate parties.

Completing Physical Inspections and Pictures:

Use iPad software to conduct inspections of vehicles.

Take photographs to document the condition of the vehicles.

Inventory of Personal Property:

Conduct inventory of personal belongings left in repossessed vehicles.

Manage the process of releasing items back to customers or disposing of them after a specified period.

Warehouse Cleaning:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse where vehicles are stored.

Weed Eating and General Maintenance. Perform maintenance tasks around the building, including weed eating (landscaping) and other general upkeep.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work both inside and outside as needed.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using smart devices, specifically iPad software.

People Skills:

Interact with customers, colleagues, and possibly other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, totaling a 40-hour work week.

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years old.

Must pass background and drug screening.
