Estimator (Quote Builder)

Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour or DOE, with benefits including PTO, Medical, and 401k.

Work Hours: Proposed hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday, with negotiable hours.

Overview:

Lift Solutions, Inc. is a leading company in the elevator packaging, modernization and repair industry, situated in Lake Stevens. They are seeking an Estimator, or Quote Builder, who will primarily focus on managing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and ensuring efficient and accurate scheduling of bid dates. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer proficiency and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Process RFQs by collaborating with the sales team.

- Liaise with vendors to obtain pricing information.

- Prepare quotes for submission to LSI customers.

- Interact with customers occasionally to support sales efforts.

- Make vendor calls using Salesforce.

Requirements:

- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Willingness to think innovatively and go the extra mile.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in production or construction, or project management is advantageous.

- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is beneficial.

- Ability to review specifications and drawings is a plus.

- Proficiency with Apple OS and Windows Office is preferred.
