(overtime based on business needs)Who we want:Performance: Deliver high quality products.Team Player: Build positive relationships with others to achieve common goals.Reliable: Manage time, to ensure being at work on time and effectively get the job done.Position SummaryAs a Support Technician you will perform equipment cleaning/sanitization, clean room cleaning/sanitization, setup of production equipment for production runs. Functions include setups, changeovers, organizing clean part carts and equipment repairs when required.What you will do:● Responsible for proper setup and clean status of Comfort Bath production lines● Disassembly and reassembly of lines● Cleaning of all production lines utilizing the Rinse Foam and Sanitize system● Cleaning and sanitization of COP and RFS equipment● Setups and changeovers of all production lines● Work in a safe manner and ensure that production equipment is cleaned and sanitized in a safe working condition● Assist technicians with minor/major repairs of equipment● Ensure compliance to the current GMPs throughout the manufacturing process● Work with department coordinators, lead persons, engineers, and departments to improve shift effectiveness, increase productivity, reduce costs and maintain regulatory compliance.● Enter work performed into Advanced Maintenance Management System● Assist in mechanical and pneumatic failures of axillary machines and repair in a timely manner● Assist engineering with cleaning validations/ protocols● Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirementsWhat you need:

High School diploma or GED

2 years of experience required

Working knowledge of algebra, geometry, and shop math.

Basic machine shop skills to include use of hand and power tools such as drill press, belt sander, grinder, power drills, power washers, etc.

Electrical/ mechanical experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
