What We Are Looking For:

Are you a motivated individual with construction experience.

Job Positions:

Subcontractor/Junior project supervisor/manager

Carpenter/ Plumber/Painter/Concrete worker/Roofer/HVAC/Landscape worker/Cleaner/Electrician/Building Maintenance person

You will required to do safety analysis, inspection, physical on-site construction tasks. If you are not a hard worker, or comfortable with on-site manual labor, this job is not for you. Simultaneously, you will be exposed to design, procurement, and begin learning to organize and manage sub-trades, quality of workmanship, and prepare construction schedules.

Details:

This is a full-time position. Salary range is competitive and increase with gained experience. While we don’t demand more than part-time or full-time hours, projects are very time sensitive, so weekend work and multi-day workday stretches are common. Our team enjoy plenty of time off in-between.

Requirements:

- Experience and specialization.

- Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices

- Leadership skills and potential

- Ability to successfully work independently.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications is an asset
