Maintenance Technician/Handyman Must Live in Tampa

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to Service our Properties. This job will include a variety of duties. We need a well-rounded individual who has knowledge of light plumbing, electrical and heating systems, small repairs on appliances, painting, lawn care and grounds maintenance ect. Must be able to complete work orders an a timely manner.
