Field Service Technician

Central Cleaning Systems of Saginaw has a position open for a service tech to do maintenance and repair on commercial cleaning and heating equipment on site and at customers locations.

Work in this position is very diverse, we deal with customers in the agricultural, manufacturing, trucking, construction, and several service industries. Equipment involved include:

High pressure hot water cleaning equipment (electric and gas engine driven)

Waste oil furnaces

Waste water treatment equipment

Portable heating equipment

Experience in the heating and cooling industry is a plus but not necessary to be successful in this position.

Areas that applicants will need to understand include but not limited to:

Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical devices

Working with High and Low voltage electrical systems

Gas fired heating systems (LP and Natural Gas)

Oil fired furnaces

High pressure water pumping systems

On the job training is provided and you will be working with one of our other technicians in the beginning to assure you are comfortable performing your responsibilities.

Areas that this position involves:

Installation of new equipment

Scheduled maintenance of installed equipment

Repair and maintenance of existing equipment

This is a business to business scenario and potential applicants should be able to present themselves well to our customers representing our business

Requirements are:

1. Good driving record is a must

2. Able to travel throughout lower Michigan

3. Must have the initiative to learn and advance in the company
