Office Assistant - Granite & Quartz Fabrication Company
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant at a granite and quartz fabrication company. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting/admin department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with scanning, filing documents and purchase receipts
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Manage online files and documents, update monthly spreadsheets
- Support office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software and Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
