Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description Robert Half has partnered with a growing organization in search of a Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO. You'll spearhead all corporate finance and accounting activities, ensuring adherence to US GAAP standards. Responsibilities encompass overseeing accounting functions, supporting the Office Manager with AP, AR, and payroll, managing project accounting, and driving the month, quarter, and year-end close. You'll play a pivotal role in financial reporting, presenting significant variances, and coordinating adjustments. Additionally, you'll produce weekly cash forecasts, contribute to annual budget planning, and collaborate with external accountants for tax filings. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-10 years of financial experience, including 1-2 years of project accounting, you'll bring valuable insights to the table. Supervisory experience, familiarity with an ERP, and advanced Excel proficiency are advantageous.
