Job Title: Manager of MobilityLocation: RemotePay Range: $45 to $50 an hourWhat’s the Job?

Communication: Effectively convey ideas, expectations, and information to team, stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Leadership: Provide clear direction, motivation, and support to lead the team to success.

Organization: Manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously with high efficiency.

Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent negative impacts on projects and security.

Budget management: Allocate, distribute, and manage telecom budgets with informed decision-making.

Problem-solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues during the telecom services lifecycle.

Adaptability: Adjust plans and strategies to keep goals on track amidst changing circumstances.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve set goals.

Technical expertise: Understand technical aspects of telecommunications technologies and communicate effectively with technical team members.

Telecom Expense Management (TEM) knowledge and skills.

Oversight of TEM platforms/applications/services (Tangoe, InTune, ABM, ZeroTouch).

Strong communication and customer service skills in working with OCM.

Familiarity with the MSFT technology stack.

Previous telecom experience at a global enterprise level.
