Senior Project Manager IT
Description Robert Half is excited to announce an IT Project Manager in Torrance, CA: Job Description:As the Application Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the Sales and Logistics area. Your tasks will include forecasting, planning, and managing budgets and schedules to ensure projects are on track. You will organize and facilitate IT/business meetings and workshops, develop business cases, and document project goals, tasks, and resources. Additionally, you will create and manage change requests, test plans, training materials, and project status reports. Your role will involve analyzing and managing project risks/issues, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), managing vendors, assigning project tasks/resources, and coordinating with other contributing areas in the enterprise.What will this person be working on:You will work on one or more Application Development projects within the Sales and Logistics area.Requirements Minimum Educational Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing Application Development projects.
10+ years of IT work experience.
Experience in the Automotive industry.
Business System Analyst or application development experience is a plus.
SAFe Agile and Scrum Master experience is a must.
Ability to manage a hybrid environment of Agile and Waterfall development.
Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines across the enterprise.
Proficiency in Clarity/Open Workbench and Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in autonomy and ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
