Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. The selected individual will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities including preparing financial statements, compiling budget forecasts and ensuring financial compliance throughout the organization. This role is instrumental in maintaining financial procedures and ensuring the company's financial records are accurate.Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of the company's financial transactions.

Involvement in budget forecasting and management by liaising with relevant departments.

Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.

Participating in financial audits and working with auditors to provide necessary information.

Assisting in tax preparations and returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Performing account reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.

Collaborating with the accounting team to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Participating in special projects and providing advice on financial matters as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.

Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Ability to work independently and in a team with strong attention to detail.

Excellent numerical skills with a strong analytical mindset.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial personnel.

Organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.

High levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
