Billing Clerk
Description Robert Half is searching for a talented Billing Clerk with demonstrated abilities in keeping things organized. Based in the San Marcos, California area, this is a long-term contract / temporary Billing Clerk opportunity. In this Billing Clerk position, you will review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Are you a self-starter looking to develop your career? Construct financial procedures and controls
Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered Requirements - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Deep understanding of filing
Expertise in NetSuite
Foundational knowledge in High-Volume Invoicing
Billing experience desired
Sufficient knowledge in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Excellent data entry skills
