Enjoy free parking and a business casual work environment. Starting pay and bonuses will range $125,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.

What we need from You
1. Be empathetic to our bodily injury clients; listen carefully to the story of how they were injured
2. Be optimistic and kind while getting to know them; come up with a plan to restore balance to their lives
3. Follow up with our clients every four to six weeks; monitor their treatment and how they are feeling
4. Assess the value of their injury case by performing a careful review, evaluation of liability, and other damages
5. Handle health insurance and liens from providers; negotiating reductions as required
6. Negotiate with adjusters, write demands, present counter demands, and come up with creative solutions
7. Prepare 998s
8. File complaints, conduct discovery as needed, monitor statutes
9. Be comfortable and confident attending mediations, both in person and virtually
10. Be skilled at taking depositions of defendants, independent witnesses, and experts
11. Prepare settlement statements
12. Need to be licensed to practice law in California, member in good standing
13. Need 2 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation
Starting pay range $125,000 – $175,000, depending on experience.
