Welcome to your new career in concrete flooring and coatings. We are looking for driven individuals that want a career, stability, long term growth in there future. You will learn the processes of these types of floors and get paid as you learn.

The faster you acquire the skills the faster the advancement in position and pay. We are a 35year old company with stability and room to grow with your help. Our reputation keeps our work load full, with projects extending out to one year and more.

We are commercial, residential, and industrial work. Some prevailing wage work projects also.

Skills in Polished Concrete, Epoxy Coating, Urethane cement, Staining of concrete and sealers are a plus.

We are willing to train from beginner to professional if you have the drive. This is a demanding fast pace job!

Experience in trades of any kind is preferred for the understanding of the demands in this type of career.

You must have your own reliable transportation, the locations are all over the central coast. Expected to arrive early and working from 7am to 3:30pm Our success depends on your work ethics.

Must be able to lift heavy products and equipment.

Clean and drug free. Able to pass a drug screening.

Respectable to others and drama free. We like to keep the vibe pleasurable for all.
