Experienced Painters Needed (Commercial)

We are hiring painters with experience in commercial painting (spray, roll, brush), pressure washing, wallpaper removal, etc. This is a permanent position. The best fit for the job would be a painter, knowledgeable of most, if not all painting tools, and having experience working at various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. We are excited to be looking to add new employees to our team!

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay: $18 - $25 (Depending on experience level)

Basic Requirements:

Possess a valid Florida Driver's License.

Experience in the painting field (More than 3 year)

Must be self-motivated with good initiative and flexibility.

The ability to work well in a team and interact within a group when necessary.

Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while on projects.

Professional appearance.

Quality and efficiency when working.

Have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel as needed.

Able and willing to work extended hours.

Job Expectations:

Experienced and efficient with different equipment (brush, roll, spray).

Knowledgeable about different painting and finishing products.

Able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Capable and willing to pressure wash as needed.

Capable and willing to apply sanding, caulking, and prep surfaces as needed.

Capable and willing to remove wallpaper as needed.

Capable of moving contents as needed.

Capable and willing to stain doors, trim, etc.

Capable of applying a professional finish on all surfaces.

Able to color match if needed.

Ability to assist with remodeling/repair tasks as needed.

Drywall repairs (finish and texturing).

Additional Requirements:

This position requires full mobility, including the ability to walk, sit, stand, stoop, climb, push, pull, bend, and squat for varying lengths of time.

The employer requires the candidate to pass a pulmonary exam to wear a respirator.

Must be able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more with the help of others frequently.

Must be able to stand on ladders for long periods of time, climb up various heights on all types of ladders to reach rooftops, etc.
