Architect P/T for Capital Needs Assessment Firm

Established 40-year assessment company requires a licensed architect to review our conclusions and plans for existing and future clients. Working knowledge of several forms of barrier laws including ADA, UFAS, etc. Familiar with estimating programs such as MEANS. Occasional site reviews, most work can be remote. Experience with HUD, USDA, Florida Association rules a plus.
