Project Coordinator

We are the industry's leading and most well-respected commercial/residential flooring and custom countertops service company in Las Vegas. GoPro Interiors is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator.

The candidate must possess the natural ability to effectively utilize time management, scheduling material deliveries and project start times.

An increase sense of urgency and a high level of customer service is required to properly manage several projects and contractor crews at the same time; understanding of budget and expenses is also required to complete each project within the scope of our work orders.

The Project Coordinator will be in charge of:

- Submittals preparation

- Ensuring materials in the job sites

- Prepare work orders

- Controlling time and budget of the project

- Assisting Project Manager with her/his daily activities

- Placing PO's and ordering materials

The candidate should be a big picture thinker, work as a member of the production department, think 10 steps ahead and have excellent communication skills.
