Salon Manager

Successful Sport Clips salon looking for a Salon Manager for Eugene salon. This salon is historically the top Salon in the PNW operating around $14,000 a week and 450 clients a week. Bring you assistant manager and build a team here. The pay is excellent at $80,000 to over $90,000 per year. This salon needs a qualified experienced manager and we can easily grow to over 500 clients a week.

We are looking for someone to develop and retain a staff of 10 to 12 stylists. There are at least 75 clients turned away each week. Can you grow, motivate and manage the staff. Are you a leader who can organize, and motivate the staff to their potential and to add members without losing current members.

Overall manager compensation will be $80,000 to $90,000 based on performance. This position requires the manager to cut hair, and have a license through the state of Oregon. 2 weeks paid vacation per year, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401K. This position requires a state Cosmetology license and will require cutting hair 35 hours a week.

Area Manager pay would be higher depending on experience.
