What Youll Take Ownership Of:
Analyze IT end user system requirements and provide recommendations for IT system improvements
Utilize IT service management platform to properly communicate and document work completed while building an internal knowledge base and repository of data
Continually make improvements to IT service delivery, communication and automation
Work with IT team members to deliver on set SLAs
Communicate expected project scope and deadlines with internal IT team along with IT customers in order to assure successful project completion
Research and escalate issues as necessary to assure proper resolution
Assist IT Technician and Application Support teams with the prioritization and completion of required day-to-day support operations
Provide reporting and metrics related to IT service delivery
Document any trend data regarding IT issues and requests in an effort to identify possible larger scale problems
Coordinate daily with technician and application teams to assure team members have the ability and tools to deliver on the mission of IT to support all end users with a positive experience focused on correct and timely solutions

Need-To-Haves:
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is often preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
