What we do: GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. QualificationsWhat you'll be doing: The IT Service Desk Tech II applies basic to advanced level Technical Support troubleshooting, providing support of the daily business operations at assigned location. This position participates in the diverse job tasks that would include: support of general hardware and software, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, wireless, local area network infrastructure support, along with support for onsite servers. This position will also have a seat on the Corporate IT Service Desk, which include taking calls and providing support for remote end users. This individual will interface will all levels of the organization to ensure the successful strategy and implementation of all goals supporting Business Operations.

Determine organizational needs for network and computer systems prior to build-out

Assist IT Infrastructure Manager with installation/patching of all network and server infrastructure

Maintain good security practices on all network hardware/software

Maintain accurate/up-to-date data backups and other disaster recovery components

Think critically and quickly while solving problems impacting network and computer system performance

Prepare documentation to support other IT personnel and end users on the proper use of network and computer systems hardware/software

Office 365 Administration

Identify and implement system improvements, where needed, to ensure system uptime and performance are on par with business expectations

Work with IT Infrastructure Manager to collect and analyze data pertaining to network and system performance

Highly self-motivated and directed

Wiliness to work long hours which will include nights and weekends.

Other duties assigned as directed by IT Infrastructure Manager.

What we are looking for:

Associates Degree (preferred)

2-3 years of help/service desk

Technical certifications such as Network+, CCNA, MCT

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail

Strong understanding of basic computer hardware/software operating capabilities to troubleshoot/repair.
