Bookkeeper/ Office admin Position
Seeking a part time bookkeeper/ office admin person.
Must be very experienced with quickbooks.
Job duties will include:
Date entry
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Payroll processing
Produce financial statements
Bank accounts reconciliation
Sorting mail
Ordering supplies
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Most of the work can be done remotely. Some of it will have to be in the office.
To be considered references will be required and a background check.
