Austin Insulation is Hiring

We are looking for an Insulation/ Weatherization Installer or helper for existing and new construction buildings. Will train someone who has basic skills in the construction field.

We are based out of northern Macomb County.

Must haves:

-One year minimum construction experience

-Valid drivers license

-Dependable transportation

-Able to work in attics

-Polite with customers

-Basic power tool experience

We work in a 2-3 person crew and start at 8:00 am and usually finish at 2:00- 4:00 pm.

Room for quick advancement in pay as your skill level develops.

4 days a week with Wednesday's off is currently available.

-$17 per hour starting with no insulation install experience

-$20-$30 per hour with insulation install experience

-Paid Holidays (after 6 months of employment)

-Paid Vacations (after 6 months of employment)
