Find your future with us.Boeing Space Mission Systems organization has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (Level M) to be the Mobile User Objective Systems - Service Life Extension (MUOS-SLE) Program Manager reporting to the Tactical SATCOM Director . This position will be located in El Segundo, CA .Position Responsibilities:

Executing the contract related to the development of the space segment for the MUOS-SLE mission.

Lead the completion of a System Requirements Review (SRR) and an Early Design Review (EDR) to demonstrate progress on risk mitigation and technology maturation

Partner with Global Sales & Marketing to ensure execution on MUOS-SLE Phase 1 results in Boeing winning Phase 2 to ultimately produce and deliver the SLE system of two satellites.

MUOS-SLE is two narrowband WCDMA-based communication satellites that are backwards compatible with the existing ground and user segments for the United States Space Force, with an initial Phase 1 of $70M scope, followed by Phase 2 valued at $1B

Program planning, staffing, performance management, achieving financial commitments, and strategy to grow the business.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, capabilities, and suppliers to achieve results.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph

5+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams

5+ years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule, and technical management
